Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 1 cup of non-dairy milk
- 2/3 cup of your preferred nut butter
- 3 tbsp of sugar (for taste, optional)
- 2 cups of almond flour
- 2 tsp of baking powder
- ¾ tsp of vanilla extract
- ¼ tsp of salt
Directions:
- Combine the eggs, non-dairy milk, sugar, and nut butter in a food processor or blender. Blend until they come out smooth and creamy.
- Add in the almond flour, baking powder, vanilla and salt, then blend again.
- Once smooth, empty out the mixture into a pourable cup. Pour mixture to fill sections of your waffle iron. Spread the batter across to edges. Once full, close the lid.
- Cook until waffles appear nice and golden-brown. Remove waffles and repeat until batter is finished.
- Serve alone or with your favorite syrup.
